Yes, the dress code for the ceremony and reception is Spring or Garden cocktail. Please know that the ceremony will be taking place outdoors (weather permitting). Weather in May can vary between 18-25 degrees.

With love and respect, we love your little ones - but with the exception of immediate family, we have decided to have an adult-only occasion. We hope this advance notice means you are still able to attend our big day!

Ceremony is starting promptly at 4:30. Please do not arrive before 4:10 as per requested by the venue. Thank you.

We are choosing to have a tech-free ceremony - However, there will be a chance to take a few pictures right at the beginning of the ceremony. We kindly ask that phones be put away at this point. Throughout the rest of the evening, you are more than welcome to take any pictures and videos you'd like! (We do have someone designated during the ceremony to be taking videos and photos).

Please let us know ahead of time, and we will be sure to let the venue know. There is a separate menu for kids that may be made available for those who are more particular with their choice. We will also have a vegetarian option available.

Yes, there are a few accommodations within range of the golf course. A few recommended by the venue are The Penrose Suites, Best Western + Arden Park, Hotel Julie, and Bradshaw Lofts. Please know that transportation will not be provided, however we are more than happy to help you arrange something.
